(11/6) Deadlifts RPE 5, Deadlift face RPE 10 lol. 👹Here to lift, not be pretty🤷🏻‍♀️Light technique work 220x3x5. Moved my feet out a little to be more of a cheater (it’s a joke, relax) and it went pretty well! •Really working on sitting my hips back while simultaneously pushing my knees out and pulling myself ‘into’ the bar. Those are some cues I️ think of during deadlifts as well as having my chest up and shoulders back. Both sumo and conventional are very technical lifts & working on the small stuff can really make a difference (this applies to everything else too, though).
