First day back following an actual training block since the meet last weekend. Definitely looking forward to progressing moving forward. Worked up to a conservative hi bar squat for 10. Forgot how much I hate volume. Sped up to show reps since I squat slow AF. Will also be incorporating conventional deads this block. Haven't pulled conventional over 225 since being injured so this should be interesting.
