Today’s thoughts: Bottom right pic 2012, top right 2014, left pic now! Went from binge eating to anorexia and now powerlifting and pizza-eating. I️ was in an emotionally abusive relationship and the control I felt that I️ lost in my life, turned into (what I️ thought was) control over calories and self harm. I️ had to hit rock bottom after a suicide attempt before I️ finally got myself together (with the help of therapy, and the right people) kylepigney Introduced me to powerlifting two years ago and it’s (and him) saved my life a million times over. It’s taken a long time -and I’m still learning- how to fuel my body. If you don’t eat enough how can you expect yourself to squat the world?! If this strikes a cord for anyone: 1) THIS. TAKES. TIME.
