This pic is my 3rd #squat attempt from 2014 Raw Nationals where I hit 330lbs/150kgs, and the last time I've stepped on the platform. Not long after this I experienced a lower back injury that has basically caused a roller coaster ride of emotions and kept me from being able to compete. In 4 weeks time I will be stepping on the platform once again. I have no idea what to expect at this point, and honestly I'm just happy to finally have some weights on my back again.
