Deadlifts from Thursday. 230lbs x 5x5 @ 125. When pulling sumo, I always struggle with my dumb hips. I have tight glutes + hams that disagree with my groin/hips and so it's been a continuous readjustment of where they go bla bla #buttstuff. i.e why kylepigney says "hips in".
