After getting 3/3 of my deadlifts I was a smiley sweaty mess. Finished with a 1st place trophy in the 56kg #apf #aapf class, and three state records. MY BODY HURTS. But yesterday was an incredible experience. Made many mistakes, missed a couple lifts, but Maddy a year ago would have laughed at the thought of COMPETING in POWERLIFTING.
