Big West Undivided is proud to announce the launch of Undivided Dialogues, a speaker series focused on in-depth discussion on the issues faced by minority groups. The first event will be a roundtable discussion with a focus on anti-racism and decolonization on June 15 at 5:00 pm PT. The panel will feature Jen Fry, who runs JenFryTalks, LLC, a social justice education firm that uses conversation to educate and empower those within athletics through an anti-racist lens on issues of race, inclusion, intersectionality, diversity, and equity. Joining Jen will be Cal State Fullerton Head Women’s Basketball Coach Jeff Harada and completing the panel will be two Big West student-athletes who are also Undivided committee members. Evann Smith, the BW Undivided Vice Chair and a Women’s Soccer Student-Athlete at UC Santa Barbara along with Vanessa Austin, a Women’s Basketball Student-Athlete at CSU Bakersfield.
