The Stadium Apartments sit in the heart of Tacoma’s Historic Stadium District. The goal of this project was to provide a modern downtown living experience with resident needs under one roof. The building features unique common areas like a dog wash room and refrigerated storage for grocery delivery services. The apartments sit atop 2,260 sf of retail space that hosts an Anthem Coffee. Our team provided civil engineering, permitting and land surveying services for the 220,000 sf mixed-use building.
