Tacoma Gateway II is a redeveloped industrial space in Parkland, WA. Barghausen partnered with Panattoni Development Company to provide design services for the 277,600 sf warehouse that possesses 40 dock-high doors, four grade level doors, 130’ truck courts, 231 trailer stalls and 158 additional parking spaces.
