Monroe, WA is gaining a luxurious neighborhood that’s surrounded by views of the cascade mountains. The site will have 250 stylish homes that sit on 4,000-6,000 sf lots. The 27-acre community offers homeowners a 2-acre fenced in dog park, playgrounds, parks, open spaces with walking paths and recreation areas. The design required multiple tiered retaining walls and access roads that loop through the entire neighborhood. The final phase of this 7-phased project will start this summer.
