We partnered with O'keefe Development for the development of Centralia DC, a 1.2 million sf industrial space located between Seattle and Portland. This futuristic distribution center was designed with optimization in mind. The 77-acre property includes 529,000 sf of computer-controlled cooler space, 160 loading docks along with trucking maintenance and a fueling facility that includes covered fueling islands, above ground fueling tanks, and a truck wash.
