Ventura County Sheriff's Office: Sheriff’s Search and Rescue utilized a decommissioned military BV 206 Hagglund to access residences and neighborhoods in Ojai yesterday. Rainstorms created significant mud-flows that prevented emergency personnel from driving the roadways and contacting people asking for help. The tracked vehicle made easy work of the task.
