Recently, our vcsar3 team’s training consisted of an exercise covering “Command and Control". "Command and Control" training consists of a tabletop exercise that teaches team members how to manage a search properly. It helps in developing a comprehensive search pre-plan and understand its importance to in a successful search mission.
