vcsheriff deputies putting out a fire on Highway 101 near the coast on Friday. A fire flared up in the center divider and fire extinguishers were not enough. A water truck driver stopped and offered a water hose. Deputies went into action and doused the flames to prenent spread to nearby structures and protect passing motorists. #thomasfire
