Today I wasn’t going to show up to the gym. I was going to ask for a sub for my class. I was emotionally drained this morning and I wanted to sit and have a pitty party for myself BUT I showed up. My incredible trainer josephd_fit told me to put my headphones in and lift heavy. So today I squat at my HEAVIEST weight to date and then I taught an incredible cycle class. Sometimes you just have to SHOW UP! Sometimes you don’t know how it is going to get done but you do it anyway!
