The Conifex Mackenzie Mountaineers are deeply saddened to announce the passing of former Head Coach Andre Payette. Andre was passionate about hockey, his players and his team. He built a strong nucleus for this years version of the Mountaineers, and we are going to play this season in his honour. Our thoughts and prayers are with Coach Andre's Son, family and friends at this time. #P7 New Head Coach Brian Verbeek has assumed responsibility and the season opener has been moved to October 22nd, with the schedule still remaining at 42 games.
