Sustainable wines have been all the buzz recently. From people wanting to imbibe more mindfully, to those looking to support better farming practices, head to boisecoop to check out their sustainable wine selection.
Also known as “natural wine,” these wines are generally made by small family producers, using organic or biodynamic practices in the vineyard. The wines are harvested by hand and fermented using native yeast. Little or no sulfur is added to these natural wines.
Some of our favorite brands at the Boise Co-op include: Broc Cellars, who make a series of “Love” wines in white, red, rosé, and cans; and Chateau Maris, a French producer who has many organic and biodynamic offerings. But there are so many options at both Co-op locations, and their knowledgeable staff can point you toward the right bottle for you!
And if you’re in the Wine Shop, check out this entire corner at the front of the shop featuring sustainable wines.
Cheers to a more natural approach to enj...
