The debut season of the Seattle Kraken AHL affiliate has been pushed back to the fall of 2022, per Patrick Williams of NHL.com / EP Rinkside. They were originally set to begin play in 2021 (in conjunction with the #GoKraken) but plans for a new arena in downtown Palm Springs have been SCRAPPED. The new arena will now be built outside the city near Palm Desert and Thousand Palms. #SeaKraken
