The WBSC today announced a global partnership with the Royal Netherlands Baseball and Softball Federation (honkbalsoftbalnl) to showcase the 2021 season of the the top Dutch baseball league (Honkbal Hoofdklasse) on the WBSC's official YouTube Channel at youtube.com/wbsc. The streaming partnership, which includes all countries and territories outside the Netherlands, was brokered by WBSC’s in-house media company BASE. WBSC will feature one game per competition day, with games scheduled every Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. The Dutch league is set to open on Thursday, April 29. The regular season will stop after Sunday, 30 May, to allow the Dutch National Team to participate in the WBSC Baseball Final Qualifier to the Games of the XXXII Olympiad Tokyo 2020 in Taiwan.
