As we celebrate Coast Guard Day, we're thrilled that Tom Huntley has officially joined REGENT as Director of Government Relations.
Tom recently retired from Active Duty service as a Commander in the USCG after a 21-year career. Throughout his career, he ran surf rescue operations and has over 4,000 flight hours in the MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter as a search and rescue instructor pilot and flight examiner.
Tom conducted counter-narcotics missions, responded to Hurricane Katrina, and conducted recovery operations following the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
Following his operations tours, Tom oversaw the Coast Guard’s $1.5 billion annual shipbuilding budget and served on the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations as a senior staff member.
