Installing a car seat for the first time can be intimidating. In addition to reading your car seat and vehicle manuals, here are some things to keep in mind. 👶🚘 #HereToHelp • All car seats should be correctly installed in the back seat, following rear-facing and forward-facing guidelines. • Once you install the seat, you should not be able to move it more than one inch in either direction at the belt path. You can do this by using the seat belt or the LATCH system. • The harness straps must be snug and positioned correctly based on the seat's rear- or forward-facing position. Make sure the chest clip is at armpit level.
