🚨Speaker Spotlight🚨 DeAná Tyler from the Washington Commanders is locked in as a speaker for MSBC ’24🔒 DeAná Tyler joined the Washington Commanders on November 1, 2021, as the Senior Manager of Marketing and Engagement. Tyler’s role encourages fan engagement through various forms of community interaction. In her short time with the team, she has taken the lead on game themes such as Fan Appreciation, HBCU Night, Hispanic Heritage Night, and Inspire Change. Additionally, Tyler leads one of the only women-focused fan groups in the NFL, which is known as the Women of Washington Before joining the Washington Commanders, Tyler arrived at Lamar University on May 15, 2019, as the Director of Athletic Development and Major Gifts. Tyler was tasked with the role of increasing participation and donor support of the Bud Leonard Athletic Fund and the Lettermen’s Club.
