Last year I met a special little girl named Alyx at #KidsSportManitoba golf fundraiser. Alyx was diagnosed with leukemia at 7 years old. This week I went to visit Alyx at the #RonaldMcDonaldHouse as she was going in for another major surgery. It is amazing to see the strength she exudes. It really puts things in to perspective when you can see a 9 year old go through so much and have still have such a positive and happy attitude. You don't always have control of the circumstances, but you DO have the power to choose your attitude.
