20 || 22 - The Sapphire Summer 🌀 Tonight The Blue Devils earned a score of 98.750 to round out an undefeated season and claim their 20th DCI World Championship Gold Medal at Drum Corps International’s 50th Anniversary Finals competition held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Returning to the field after 2 years away was no small task but our members, staff, and design team approached this challenge with dedication, artistry, and a commitment to excellence that propelled us through the 2022 season. We’ve enjoyed every step of this journey and thank you for joining us as we explored the dynamic history of the color blue. Congratulations to all the amazing performers in competing ensembles and a special shoutout to bostoncrusaders AND bluecoats on their historic and well earned 2nd place finishes.
