4 years ago I got certified in pre and postnatal fitness knowing that this information could help SO many people! Today at onepeloton Iām excited to announce robinnyc annagreenberg and I just launched the Strong as a Mother collection featuring workouts specific to the pregnant population, no matter where you are on your journey. Core with me (diastasis recti safe!), Strength with Robin, and Yoga and Meditation classes with Anna.
My core classes are specific to postpartum, or people who have mild DR from pregnancy, weight gain, or an injury. We focus on rebuilding your core from the inside out. Whether you were recently pregnant or pregnant many years ago these classes help to heal and strengthen. We even use props like a stability ball in a few of the classes, though they are not necessary to participate.
