Today I am focused on being healthy and strong. I'm headed to the doctor to check on my hip flexor and I'm hoping that my down time isn't extensive, but I'm willing to rest as long as I need to so I come back healthy, strong and ready to grow as an athlete. In the meantime, I'll still be at practices and our meet this weekend to cheer on my team and soak up all the knowledge that I can.
