Her presenting roles over the years, including Blue Peter, have seen her take on some awesome adventures. She’s the first woman to kayak the entire length of the Amazon, she’s completed the 78-mile Namibia Ultra Marathon, and she’s the first person to travel to the South Pole on a bicycle.
