“I always love the feeling of a new year and a fresh start. Rather than setting resolutions, I prefer to set intentions for the year. My intentions are very similar to last year, the main one being to carry on exploring and adventuring as much as possible, to continue meeting likeminded people who share a love for the outdoors as much as myself. I also have a new 4 legged hiking buddy this year so and I’m so excited to show him the trails which I love so much. I want to make more of an effort to be mindful and be in the present moment rather than worrying about the future or dwelling on the past. I want to look after myself more by drinking more water and practising self care. My final intention is to continue to be true to myself and laugh and have fun along the way.
