🌎 Earth Day is a global event held annually on April 22 and is a day of civic participation and action. This year’s theme is Invest in our Planet, and we want to share some simple actions and tips you can take to make a difference every day: ♻️Organize a community clean-up to help reduce pollution and litter. 🍎Support local farmers, producers and the economy, while reducing transportation emissions associated with the products purchased. 📸Take part in this year’s Calgary Nature Challenge by snapping pictures of nature or wildlife and uploading them to the iNaturalist page.
