Here’s a few important reminders: 🚗 Rideshare drivers are not permitted to pick up customers who hail them on the street, or to approach you to offer service. All trips must be arranged through the company’s app. On your booking confirmation, check for a photo of the driver, the licence plate number, and the make and model of the vehicle. Look out for a rideshare company identifier on the vehicle in the form of a decal or sign. 🚕 When street hailing a taxi, be sure the driver and vehicle are licensed.
