Out of all 12 cities: 📚 Calgary has the highest use of library materials and has one of the lowest total costs for libraries per use. 🛣️ We have kept our road maintenance costs per km among the lowest. 📈 At 2.94 per cent, we have the highest gross realized return on our total investment portfolio. 🌳 We have the highest percentage of parkland as a total area of the city.
