As a volunteer you will help: 🐾 Promote responsible pet ownership, positive pet interactions & safety in our off leash parks and at community events 🐾 Answer questions about bylaws in off-leash areas 🐾 Provide an avenue for citizens to share their concerns 🐾 Promote City services such as licensing and our no cost spay/neuter program As a new volunteer you’ll receive an orientation and training program that includes a review of the Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw and an animal behaviour & safety session from a certified professional dog trainer.
