With the help of redbullusa , this moorealoha event is carefully crafted for women with a vision! This will be our first time embarking on a goal setting workshop with myself and my personal sports psychologist and life coach, Daniel Zimbra dr.zimbra . It will take place in the heart of Waikiki at the beautiful Queensbreak. Our day will also include mindfulness practices of yoga, lei making and of course, a dreamy morning surf out front. Our hope is to bring young women of like minds together to share, encourage and inspire one another. *This event is open to all university students attending college in Hawaii, including community college, HPU and universities.
