Covid Scare: After 2 days showing almost 20 properties to a California Buyer last week, I was notified that she tested positive for Covid after returning to LA. Unfortunately the friend she was visiting here in Nashville tested positive too. I had insisted we drive in separate cars for showings and, as usual, wore my mask and gloves and used hand sanitizer religiously while in/out of each property. For a brief stop, we grabbed a bite to eat and sat across the table from one another, but I made sure to sit a fair distance away while we discussed her purchasing needs. Getting the news of her positive Covid test was nothing short of heart stopping. The chain reaction of how this would affect both my family’s economic and physical health, and those of my other clients and dear friends with whom I had Social Distanced after this Buyer left town was over-whelming.
