TWO DISTINCT SECTIONS 🚨 INPUT ⬅️ Our input section is from our starting position until the end of our linear drive phase (essentially right before lower half rotation begins). These are the segments of our mechanics that can be influenced (coaching, drill work, patterning, etc.) as they provide the catalyst of energy for the output. OUTPUT ➡️ The output section is everything from the start of lower half rotation through ball release. There is no external (coaching) influence or internal thought that should exist surrounding these later positions. These positions should be completely reactionary as they are the result of the inputs provide in the section earlier.
