Let’s bullet proof our shoulder😤 2 great movements for you guys today.. First up we have a heavy KB windmill. Focus here is overall shoulder stability, while mixing in some rotation. Main thing we’re looking for is keeping your arm straight so the load of the KB is directly acting on the shoulder. Second movement is side lying KB internal rotation. Just working to feel a light stretch in the posterior capsule of the shoulder, followed by a light concentric contraction in the front.
