It’s easy to say who we want to be - it’s hard to fuckin live it! You’ve heard the saying it’s not what you do when someone is watching but what you do when nobody is watching. I’d argue that’s bullshit - the truth - it’s just simply what you most consistently do! It’s easy to eat right once! It’s easy to get up early once! It’s easy to get that lift in after your first game! Know what’s hard? Do that shit all the time! I mean literally all the time! Your identity is your choice and is based on the consistency of your actions.
