Welcome to Velo U! Our mission is to streamline information directly to the player and to cut out the confusion and opinionated biases that come along with working with different coaches. ⁠ ⁠ Daily, we will be providing breakdowns of mechanics, drills, strength training, rehabilitation practices, and especially how we can tie in current research into these practices. We have a well-develop system that has been cultivated over the past five years built on metrics and experience. The mission of this system is to help the athlete become their own coach and have the ability to take their game to the level they desire.⁠ ⁠ This first series you experience will be a 9-post series covering the lower-half mechanics.
