📖 To learn about the history of an ornate prayer book from the Middle Ages in a class discussion is one thing, but to flip through the delicate pages of one covered in calligraphy, gold leaf and brightly painted scenes is a very different experience. 📚 This semester, students had the opportunity to work with historic and rare books in the USC Special Collections Library (uscspecol) as part of their class meetings in History 103g “The Emergence of Modern Europe” taught by Lindsay O’Neill.
