Alumnus Neil Vora works for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He oversees the COVID-19 contact tracing operations for New York City — a team of thousands conducting laboratory testing, surveillance, healthcare system support and communications to providers. He studied biology and international relations with a minor in philosophy at USC Dornsife. He credits his interdisciplany education with helping to prepare him for a leadership role at the CDC.
