👋 Hello from our Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellows at a recent Zoom meeting! The fellowship gives undergraduates the opportunity to conduct graduate-level research with the goal of encouraging underrepresented groups to pursue a Ph.D. and increase diversity in higher education faculty. Some of the current projects fellows are working on look at black identity in queer culture, decarceration policies and bus stop poetry.
