How do you prep for a 200 mile pilgrimage through Spain? Hiking Southern California's amazing trails, of course! Professor Erin Moore and her students will be walking the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route this summer as part of the Problems Without Passports course "The Global Performance of Healing." They're gearing up by hiking Eaton Canyon to Heninnger Flats in Pasadena, an 8 mile round trip. They'll take this hike twice together -- once without packs and once with 14 pound packs. They leave for Spain on May 27 after two weeks studying in the classroom.
