Ahead of the final pour on the Civic Plaza project, Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman provided representatives from CORE Construction a custom good-luck poker chip to be included in the concrete. Slightly different from her famous chips, this one featured one-side with her and the other with former Mayor Oscar Goodman.
