When first moved to Boise in 2016, there wasn't anyone serving Puerto Rican cuisine in the Treasure Valley. Fast-forward a few years later, I headed to loungeattheendoftheuniverse , started chatting with Jen (the owner), and I told her my dad was from Puerto Rico π΅π· and I was missing some home-cooked meals. She mentioned Art (owner of wepacafeboise ), and the rest is history!
