🍺 NATIONAL IPA DAY 🍺
It’s the 1st Thursday of August! Which means 1) it’s First Thursday in Boise, and 2) it’s National IPA Day 🍺
The India Pale Ale is one of the most popular types of craft beers you’ll see at local microbreweries.
Take for instance westerncollectivebeer.
Their newest beer release Little Ripper is a Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA with Lactose, coming in at 8.2% ABV, and has 5 lbs per bbl of hops(Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, and Azacca). It has a huge malt bill, leaning a lot more heavy of a base of two row and Mecca Grade White Wheat Malt, finishing with some Mecca Grade Pilsner Malt.
What’s behind the name Little Ripper? Owners Melissa and Cary welcomed their first child, Rip, into the world in July.
Celebrate
#NationalIPADay sipping on some westerncollectivebeer Little Ripper & crossing it off your boise_bucketlist ✅✅ Cheers 🍻
