Which means 1) it’s First Thursday in Boise, and 2) it’s National IPA Day 🍺 The India Pale Ale is one of the most popular types of craft beers you’ll see at local microbreweries. Their newest beer release Little Ripper is a Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA with Lactose, coming in at 8.2% ABV, and has 5 lbs per bbl of hops(Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, and Azacca). It has a huge malt bill, leaning a lot more heavy of a base of two row and Mecca Grade White Wheat Malt, finishing with some Mecca Grade Pilsner Malt.  What’s behind the name Little Ripper?
