Meet Jessica: “ I am a first-generation Laotian-American. I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho; currently residing in Boise with my husband and two boys and managing my family’s restaurant. I basically grew up in the restaurant. My father has been a chef/owner of Thai restaurants for as long as I can remember. My aunt tells me that when I was a kid and she lived out of the country, she would call to check in with the family and I would always take her “food order” for the restaurant.
