🇺🇸 HAPPY JULY 4TH 🇺🇸 This time last year I was celebrating July 4th on international waters when I was on a family 🚢. Two years ago, I was celebrating watching fireworks in downtown Boise. Things look and feel different this year — in more ways than one. July 4th & celebrating America’s birthday is something I’ve personally enjoyed since I was a little girl. My appreciation only grew over time. My definition of freedom has evolved as I’ve aged & lived through different experiences. Traveling to other countries really opened my eyes 👀. Law school, specifically studying Constitutional Law, continued to challenge my views of concepts I thought I had a decent understanding. What freedom means to me may mean something different to you.
