Last week, I returned to ilovekickboxing_boise_id after 2 months of inactivity. 1) I’m grateful ILKB modified the workout to uphold social distancing; 2) workout is STILL challenging even with these modifications; 3) it’s my escape & means to takeout stress (bottled up for 2 months); and 4) I missed the ILKB community!
Since returning, I started to take my measurements & will track them. While it’s been only a week, I’ve lost ▪️Arms: 1/4in. each ▪️Waist: 1/2 in. ▪️Hips: 1/4in. ▪️Inner thigh: 1/4in (R) | 1/2in (L)
My waist usually is the place I lose inches the soonest. Hips — not so much!
I will measure again in 2 weeks and share the results!
