🍷 WINE WEDNESDAY 🍷 Meet Hells Canyon Winery. “Hells Canyon Owner/winemaker Steve Robertson trained as a chef at the acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in New York but found his true passion was as a grape farmer and producer of high-quality, small batch wines. A fourth-generation Idahoan, Steve found inspiration for his wines in the wild land and pioneer spirit of the mountain west “In 2003, Steve’s three daughters, Bijou, Jocelyn and Hadley, launched zhoozhoowine from their family farm vineyard. Fine art, women-focused labels paired with youthful and discriminating wines define the Zhoo Zhoo brand.” I had the opportunity to visit & cross them off my Idaho Wine 🍷 Bucket List last Sunday on the snakeriverwinetours . It’s such a beautiful space, and the views are incredible. Top that with tasty wine, it makes for an enjoyable visit. Fun fact: only winery in Idaho to use solar panels.
