🚨 Public Health Orders Issued 🚨 As many of you may have heard, the Central Department of Health (“CDH”) of Idaho implemented an order effective June 24 at 12:01am. While the order goes into detail, it basically moves Ada County to Stage 3 of the Idaho Rebound Plan. It’s limited to “bars and nightclubs.” The CDH order doesn’t specify an end date. In addition, Mayor McLean enacted the Public Health Order 20-09 in tandem with the CDH order. For the City of Boise, the scope of impacted businesses broadened to include “all bars, taverns, nightclubs, private liquor clubs, taprooms, tasting rooms, mobile bars, cabarets, and saloons, as well as all other licensed premises for by the glass sales of alcoholic beverages”. It further identifies bike bars as an impacted business. The City of Boise public health order will be in effect for thirty (30) days or unless it is terminated, modified or extended at an earlier date.
